INDOCHINO WEDDING SURVEY OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES PLUS RECEIVE A $25 VOUCHER WITH A PURCHASE OF A SUIT (“Official Rules”)
CONTEST (“CONTEST”) SPONSORED BY INDOCHINO apparel inc.(“SPONSOR”).
ENTRY PERIOD BEGINS ON MAY 26, 2021 11:59:59 PM (“PDT”) PACIFIC DAY LIGHT TIME (“PDT”) AND CLOSES JUNE 4, 2021 AT 11:59:59 PM(“PDT”). FOR THE CONTEST, A WINNER FOR THE 2-PIECE SUIT WILL BE SELECTED AT RANDOM AND NOTIFIED BY JUNE 15, 2021.
ALL ENTRANTS WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL BEFORE JUNE 4, 2021 WITH THEIR $25 USD UNIQUE COUPON CODE. THIS CODE IS VALID ONLINE AND IN SHOWROOMS AND WILL EXPIRE ON JANUARY 1, 2022. COUPON MUST BE USED TOWARDS A PURCHASE OF A TWO-PIECE SUIT AND CAN NOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER COUPON CODES.
ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER ORWIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final, without right of appeal, on all matters relating to this Contest. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY
Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) 50United States of America and the District of Columbia. Employees, contractors, directors or officers of the Sponsor, their respective affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, “Promotional Parties”) and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouse) of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter. All entrants and prize winners must be 19 years of age or older as of the Contest entry period closing date of June 4, 2021
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, during the Contest Period, complete the survey and you will automatically be entered in the Contest. Your submitted registration form is referred to in these Rules as your “Entry”.
Without limitation, the Sponsor, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies and the Contest judges are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible entries. By entering the Contest you are deemed to have accepted these Official Rules.
Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor.
PRIZES
There is one (1) Grand Prize Package available to be won, consisting of the following: (1) two-piece suit, worth up to $499 USD (excludes all Italian fabrics).
If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. The winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or tax identification number before the prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. Winner may be issued a government tax form for the prize.
WINNER SELECTION
After the end of the Contest Entry Period, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Grand Prize Winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the Contest Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winner will be notified by email. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address. If you are identified and notified that you may be the eligible winner, you must respond to the notification. A prize will be forfeited if a selected entrant does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours from the date a notification is sent. Potential winner is subject to verification, including verification of age. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant may be required to correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, which will be administered at a pre-arranged mutually convenient time, and to sign the Sponsor’s standard Release and Indemnity form which, among other things, (i) requires the selected entrant to confirm compliance with the Rules and acceptance of prize a so offered; (ii) releases Sponsor, its agents, and the prize suppliers with respect to injuries, accident, loss or damages relating to the Contest or the awarding of the prize and indemnifies the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and the Contest judges against any and all claims, damages,liabilities, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with (a) the Contest and the selected entrant’s participation therein; (b) the selected entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof; and/or (c) use of the selected entrant’s photo, including without limitation, any claim that the photo infringes a proprietary interest of any third party; (iv) acknowledges the Sponsor’s and its agents’, subsidiaries’ or affiliates’ right to publish and/or broadcast the winner’s picture, name, address, voice, statements, and photo, without further compensation other than the prize offered; and (v)contains the selected entrant’s acknowledgment that they agree to sign such further documents as may be necessary, as determined by the Sponsor in its discretion. Failure to comply with the Official Rules or to sign and return the Release and Indemnity form within seventy-two (72) hours of the date on the documents will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. Failure to comply with the Official Rules or to sign and return the Release and Indemnity form within seventy-two (72) hours of the date on the documents may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right toward the prize to an alternate entrant.
USE OF INFORMATION/PRIVACY
Each entrant grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and province/territory/state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes related to the Contest in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation, notification or permission.
Each Entrant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal information for the purposes of this Contest and grants permission for Sponsor to disclose personal information to its related and affiliated companies, contractors and agents to assist in the administration of the Contest.

If you are selected as a winner, your information may also be included in a publicly-available winner’s list.
TAX IMPLICATIONS
Sponsor is not liable for any tax implications arising from a prize or from the Contest. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, provincial/state and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prizes not specified herein as being awarded.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for delayed or misdirected Entries or for any failure of any website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or Entry to be received by Sponsor or Contest Administrator on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer, mobile device or other electronic device related to or resulting from this Contest. In the event the Contest is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond reasonable control of the Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest and if it so chooses, to award the prize based on a random entry from those entries received prior to termination. In the event of any modification, Sponsor may post a notice at https://join.indochino.com/wedding-show/.
As a condition of entering, entrants agree: (a) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prize awarded,shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (c)any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs, (d)entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and entrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability, so the above may not apply to every entrant.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. All entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be in violation of these rules or tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of the Contest.
The Official Rules shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of British Columbia without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute under the Official Rules shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia. You irrevocably waive any objection on the grounds of venue, forum non-convenience or any similar grounds and irrevocably consent to service of process by mail or in any other manner permitted by applicable law and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia. You further hereby waive any right to a trial by jury with respect to any lawsuit or judicial proceeding arising or relating to the Official Rules.
Entrants agree, by participating, (i) to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding, without right of appeal, on all matters relating to this Contest, and(ii) to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees from any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Contest or acceptance, misuse, non-use or use of any prize or activity related thereto.
Any provision in these Official Rules which is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason by any court, governmental department, body or tribunal, or in any applicable jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability and will not invalidate or render unenforceable the remaining provisions hereof and should any provision be held invalid or unenforceable in an applicable jurisdiction such provision shall not be invalidated or rendered unenforceable in any other jurisdiction.
